COTANCE spreads the leather message
COTANCE, the Confederation of National Associations of Tanners and Dressers of the European Community has unveiled plans to distribute a series of postcards to raise the profile of the leather industry in
The postcards, which will depict images of the day-to-day uses of leather will be distributed to 600 Members of European Parliament, tannery and shop workers and the general public. The sets of 14 cards will be produced in ten different European languages and will become available later in the year.
Gustavo Gonzalez-Quijano, COTANCE’s secretary general said: “We hope to raise the profile of leather with ordinary people as it is a part of every stage of our lives. The material is extraordinary on both an aesthetic and technological basis and is something that as many people as possible should receive worldwide.”
