The Brazilian leather producer, Curtume Nova Pelli, Estância Velha/RS, has invested $1 million in new premises in São Leopoldo/RS for the production of leather goods and shoes.

The company’s move to the new site is scheduled for the end of March and expected to generate 100 new jobs, as well as a monthly turnover of approximately $600,000. The premises will include a new effluent treatment plant.
