Strong technical content promised for next New England tanners` seminar

Based in Fremont, New Hampshire, the New England Tanners Club is a non-profit-making organisation established in the 1970s to enhance the education of leather workers in the region.

 

As part of this continuing drive, the club has announced that its 2003 seminar will be given by experts from the BLC Leather Technology Centre of the United Kingdom.

 

To be held on Friday March 28, 2003 at The Sheraton Harborside Portsmouth, 250 Market Street, Portsmouth NH. (Exit 7 from Interstate 95), the afternoon and evening seminar will have a strong technical content.  Agenda items will include ‘The latest state of tanning science’, ‘Tanning with enzymes – are we there yet?’ and ‘Sol Gel technology – aniline feel, pigmented performance’.
