Bulgarian farmers from the Pazardzhik region are threatening to bring herds of sheep before parliament in protest against the cabinet’s social policy.

The farmers are also due take part in national protests this Wednesday. Agrarian leader Yane Yanev plans to block main roads with herds of livestock if no response is given to a tobacco producers' petition which was brought before the Bulgarian parliament.
