Buckman Brazil to expand with new laboratory
Buckman Laboratorios Ltda has opened a new laboratory in the city of Franca, São Paulo, Brazil.
Buckman has supplied local tanneries with products and processes for beamhouse operations for over thirty years. The new facility will permit the development of products for the later stages of the process, allowing the company to expand its technical and commercial activities in Brazil.
The laboratory features four drums used to perform various kinds of development and production tests, ‘tropical’ chambers and specialised stoves. With a staff of leather specialists, the lab is available for use by all Buckman customers.
