Pakistan's Central Board of Revenue (CBR) has added 20 types of lamb/sheep leather to its export duty drawback scheme. The assigned repayment rates are 2.41% of the fob value on exports of lamb or sheep skin-derived finished leather (hair on double face) and.6.2 percent of the fob value on lamb, sheep skin crust or dyed crust leather with hair on suede. The move follows a series of presentations to the commerce ministry and CBR by leather industry officials.
