International Union of Leather Technologists and Chemists Societies, IULTCS, has elected John Williams as secretary following the resignation of US-based Dr. David Bailey. IULTCS Treasurer, Graham Lampard, has also resigned and Williams’ position will combine both roles.

Mr. Williams has been the North European representative on the IULTCS Executive Committee, a role that will now be filled by Professor Geoff Arrenburrow of the University of Northampton.
