The Scandinavian fur producer, SAGA, will host representatives from around 50 of the largest fur factories in China at its new design centre in Beijing, according to the China Leather Industry Information Centre (CLIIC). They will be trained in the latest methods of designing, dyeing and sewing fox and mink.

The centre will work with key fur producers in China and provide technical training and product development for large clothing factories. It will also research the latest leather technology alongside Chinese fashion designers.
