TEMAC moods do it in style

29/11/2002

Visitors to the October 2002 edition of Temac Style experienced four major ‘fashion moods’, each illustrated in a range of colours on leather and a selection of raw materials and accessories. Previewing at the autumn-winter 2003/04 season, the categories were:

Calm: ‘Breathe deep and take a break away from stress and the hurly burly of the outside world. A theme with a simple, comfortable, enveloping allure.’

Ethics: ‘A search for new paths in the construction of tomorrow’s world. Studied discretion for a casual or sportswear style with strict, pared-down lines and functional details.’

Heritage: ‘Politically correct attitudes and elitist values. A theme which speaks of know-how and elegance, or conjures up a new country mood with noble or historic reminiscences.’

Expression: ‘Development of personalised kind of luxury. A need to break away from the norm and to dramatise your personality and own individual style.’
