A breath of fresh air from CCI
Charcoal Cloth International (CCI) of the United Kingdom has launched ‘Carbosorb Plus’ - disposable nuisance-vapour-adsorbing mask that is said by the company to provide the best protection of any single-use respirator.
Featuring an adjustable nosebridge, the design incorporates a layer of activated charcoal cloth with a vapour and solvent-adsorbent microporous internal surface area of 3600m². The mask provides up to eight hours protection against nuisance vapours and odours, filtering out dust particles down to 0.3 micro. It also possesses full compliance with EEC standard FFP1(S) EN149: 2001 and carries the CE mark.
