Second adidas Originals store in Japan opened
The Shinsaibashi district of Osaka, Japan, is home to the country’s second adidas originals store, opened on Friday. The store is situated in the ‘American Village’- the city’s trendiest area.
The adidas Originals line aims to combine sport authenticity with global street style. The Osaka store currently houses the Autumn/Winter 2002 collection. The other two divisions that comprise adidas' three-divisional structure are Sport Performance and Sport Style. According to the company, this structure allows adidas to expand its customer base and to gain deeper market penetration in its existing markets.
The first two adidas Originals stores opened in Berlin and Tokyo last year, and the third store opened in New York last month.
