Reno kicks off new German football sponsorship deal

One of Germany’s leading retailers Reno has been announced as the main sponsor of FC Werder Bremen, a leading light in the Bundesliga (football league). The contract will cover the next two seasons and promote Reno’s new 'Young Spirit' brand. Though financial details were not disclosed, experts estimate the deal to be in the region of $2.5 – $3.0 million per year, provided on a combined fixed sum and 'pay-per-point' basis.
