Zhen Jing Leather appoints NC company as US furniture agent
The US import sourcing provider, Carolina Resource Group, has been appointed the US agent for furniture by Zhen Jing Leather, a major Chinese tannery.
An ISO9001 certified company, Zhen Jing Leather has locations throughout China and said by the Greensboro-based Carolina Resource Group to specialise in the provision of hides and cut and sewn leather programmes to furniture, automotive and apparel manufacturers worldwide.
Bernie Seidel, President of Carolina Resource Group, Ltd., stated: "Our relationship with Zhen Jing Leather provides our US customers with the opportunity to streamline and simplify their upholstered leather manufacturing process by outsourcing the cut and sew portion of the process. The economies provided by producing in China combined with the reduction of significant raw material inventories offer improved margin opportunities for manufacturers and their customers."
