The Leather Factory Inc. announced on Tuesday that it is to set up a new store in Edmonton, Alberta, Canada in conjunction with Tandy Leather. The new store will be the third to be opened in the country by the retailer, the other two being Mississauga) Ontario and Winnipeg, Manitoba.

The Edmonton store will serve Leather Factory and Tandy Leather dealers located throughout western Canada. The Winnipeg store will serve central Canada and the Toronto store will focus on eastern Canada. All stores will also sell to retail customers.
