Indian company Larsen and Toubro (L & T) is close to ending its trade investment in Gujarat Leather Industries Ltd. (GLIL), based in Ankleshwar, as part of its decision to divest non-core ventures.

GLIL supplies various leather products such as cow milled upper, corrected softy, brush off, smooth finish, correct grain and lining, rambler print and zuggrain print, and had previously supplied L & T’s shoe unit in Gujarat before the company divested its stake.
