Zvi R. Cohen, 69, the owner of the former Bee Bee Shoe Manufacturing Co, in Manchester, NH, died June 9 following a short illness. The company manufactured shoes and slippers. Cohen also owned Preview Products in Manchester, a producer of waterproof boots, and the Red Ball Fishing Boot Co, makers fishing boots and hip waders. He founded Jem International, an import-export business which did business in Taiwan, China and Russia.

He is survived by his wife, three sons, a sister and a brother.
