Senior management changes at Weyco
Weyco Group, Inc. announced today a number of changes in anticipation of its upcoming acquisition of Florsheim Group, Inc.
Jim Gorman has been promoted to Senior Vice President, Weyco Group and President of Florsheim Wholesale. Mr. Gorman previously was President of Weyco's Stacy Adams Division.
Peter Grossman has been promoted to Senior Vice President, Weyco Group. Mr. Grossman will also be President of the Florsheim Retail Division, in addition to his current responsibilities as President of Weyco Group's Nunn Bush Division. John Wittkowske has been promoted to Senior Vice President and will also continue as Chief Financial Officer of Weyco Group.
Gary Malamet has been promoted to President of the Company's Stacy Adams Division. Mr. Malamet was previously Vice President of the Company's Stacy Adams Division.
Brian Flannery has been promoted to Vice President/Sales Manager of the Stacy Adams Division. Mr. Flannery previously worked in Sales in the Midwest for Stacy Adams. Tim Then has been promoted to General Manager, Florsheim Retail. On May 10, the U.S. Bankruptcy Court approved the sale of the Milwaukee, Wisconsin-based Florsheim Group, Inc.'s domestic wholesale business, related assets and 23 retail stores to Weyco Group.
