The Federacion Mexicana de Quimicos y Tecnicos del Cuero, A.C. (Mexican Federation of Leather Chemists and Technologists) has issued a call for papers for the 27th IULTCS Congress, which will be held at Cancun, Mexico from May 28-June 1, 2003. The subject of the research presentations should be limited to subjects surrounding preservation and beam house, tanning, retanning, dyeing and fatliquoring, the environment, mechanical processes and machinery.

All proposals for presentations will be evaluated by a selection committee appointed by the Mexican Federation of Leather Chemists and technologists. The deadline for submissions is August 15, 2002.
