New dates for international shoe fair awards announced

The organisers of next week’s 93rd International Shoe Fair, Messe Düsseldorf, have announced the new timings for the German Shoe and Leather Goods Prize and the European Footwear Marketing Awards (EFMA) – both of which were postponed following the US terrorist attacks in September.
Both award ceremonies will take place next Friday (March 15) at the show, with the Shoe and Leather Goods Prize being presented at 11.00am in the Congress Centre Düsseldorf South and the EFMA award at 7.30pm and in Fashion House 2. Mr Günter Eymael, state secretary of the Rhineland-Palatinate Ministry of Economics, Transport, Agriculture and Viniculture, will present the German Shoe and Leather Goods Prize.
