Kurt Salmon Associates (KSA), the firm of management consultants specialising in retailing, consumer products and health care, has advised of its appointment of William B. Pace as chief executive officer.

With more than 20 years in management consulting, Mr. Pace is a founding partner of Swander Pace & Company, a strategy consulting firm which merged with KSA in 2000. Peter G. Brown, who has been CEO since 1998, continues as chairman of the board while David A. Cole has been named chairman emeritus of the company.
