Bepa to purchase Gressino International
According to newspaper reports Gressino International, a French company that produces leather upholstery for the automotive industry, is to change hands after being in receivership since April 2001.
The decision was made by a commercial court in Amiens, which ruled that Jacky Avisse, chairman and CEO of Bepa, could acquire the company.
Bepa, based in Beauchamp-le-Vieux (Somme), specialises in the renovation of car parts. Mr Avisse said he hopes to diversify Gressino's activities in the longer term.
