TFL has completed the acquisition of Novaria srl, an Italian company that specialises in finishing products, and in particular cationic finishing systems. The purchase increases TFL’s global reach as Novaria holds substantial market positions in Italy, India, China and Turkey.

Dr. Christian Csaki, senior vice president of TFL Italy, said: "Novaria’s success builds on its excellent customer service. It therefore fits well into the TFL group’s worldwide activities."
