Satra Technology has purchased the share capital and business of Hampden Test Equipment Ltd – a private UK manufacturer of test equipment. Satra said that deal will help boost the already considerable company growth in this area and will provide an overall test equipment manufacture and sales business worth more than £2 million annually. This will considerably enlarge the range that Satra can offer to the footwear, rubber and plastic industries.

Hampden will be run as a separate business.
