BSE strikes again in Slovakia

A second BSE case has been discovered in Slovakia. The infected cow was found in the village of Filiakov in middle Slovakia. The 6 year old animal was reared on a private farm and there is some confusion as to how it became infected. The farm owner, Gabriel Reczka, has denied that the cow was fed with bone meal fodder.
