The second edition of Courovisao - Winter Leather, Footwear, Garment and Leathergoods Pre-Selection Show, held at Fenac's exhibiton grounds, in Novo Hamburgo/RS, on 18 and 19 October 2001, gathered some eighty companies showing the fashion trends for next winter as well as a number of trade associations and technology centres related to the sector.

The event was not seen as a success, however, and to remedy the situation the organisers are planning to include textiles and other components in next year's edition of the show.
