The National Shoe Retailers Association of the United States has completely revised the agenda for its pre-WSA Shoe Show conference in Las Vegas, on February 9.

Entitled "Doing Business in Uncertain Times," the conference will address four main subject areas: "Closely Managing Everything Better," "Inventory Management," "Marketing & Promotion Realities" and "Staff Issues." According to the Association, the revisions have been made because the challenges now facing the country are too numerous to be addressed in a single overview session.
