Tinting systems specialist completes factory takeover

The tinting systems specialist, CPS Color BV, has advised that it has formally completed its takeover of Azko Nobel’s factory in Sneek, the Netherlands. The announcement follows on from CPS signing a letter of intent to take over the factory in February. Financial details of the transaction were not disclosed.
