Dominic Meo Jr. has died aged 94. He served as president of the American Leather Chemists Association in 1964/65 and in 1995 received the Fred O’Flaherty Award and the Moffat Medal. For more than 40 years he was a chemical engineer with Salem Oil and Grease, retiring in 1971. He was responsible for the introduction of the John Arthur Wilson Memorial Lecture, giving the lecture in 1974 at ALCA. He also established a chemical engineering scholarship at Northeastern University.
