Credit where its due – Brazilian leather trade launches own credit card

In a bid to enhance levels of confidence among its suppliers, Assintecal - the Brazilian Association of Shoe and Leather Component Manufacturers – has launched its own credit card.

Underwritten by Boncred, a Rio Grande do Sul-based credit facilitator, the card will initially be used by a group of 11 Assintecal members, mainly to buy chemicals.
