New senior sales appointments at Stahl
The Dutch chemicals producer Stahl has announced two senior leather sector appointments in Europe.
Based in Italy, Patrice Musset has been appointed Regional Leather Products Group (LPG) Sales Manager with immediate responsibilities covering Türkiye, France and Greece. He will also be responsible for managing sales in Italy after Giancarlo Squintani retires next year. An engineering graduate of Ècole Français de Tannerie in Lyon, Patrice joined Stahl in 1993, becoming LPG Sales Manager in 1999.
Stahl’s second new appointment is Ian Tate, who has been promoted to Leather Product Group Sales Manager in Türkiye, replacing Patrice Musset in the role. Ian will be based in Izmir, from where he will provide support to local sales technicians and develop the company’s customer service capabilities. Stahl says Tate has been travelling to Türkiye for many years, keeping himself up to date on the recent history of the Turkish leather industry. He is also currently President of the Society for Leather Technologists and Chemists.
