Chinese shoe machinery businesses adopt alliance strategy

The very likely prospect of China’s entry into the WTO has prompted the country’s shoe-manufacturing machinery sector to join together in preparation for the opening up of the global market.
The South Zhengjiang shoe machinery corporation is one such venture which came into existence this year on July 15. Located in Guangzhou city's leather trade center, the corporation was jointly established by the four strongest units in Chinese shoe machinery circle: Wenzhou Oujiang Hydraulic Component Factory, Wenzhou leather-making equipment Company, Hangzhou General Leather Machinery Factory and Zhongxin Shoe-manufacturing machinery company.
