Argentinean leather chemical invests in new factory facilities

27/08/2001

Following its accreditation to the international quality standard ISO 9002:1994 in 2000, the Argentine leather chemicals producer Quimargen SRL is reported to be pressing ahead with a new extension to its de-liming production unit.

Reports suggest the new facility will incorporate the very latest technology for the production of more environmentally-oriented products such as ammonia sulphate-free de-liming agents.

The company’s development plans are also said to include a new Brazilian branch and a service that will provide formulations customised to the customer’s specific needs.
