The Italian leather furniture manufacturer Industrie Natuzzi has announced that it will release its

second quarter financial results at 7:30 a.m. (EST) on Wednesday, September 5, 2001 (12:30 p.m. (GMT)- 1:30 p.m. (CET)).

The release will be followed by a teleconference in which Pasquale Natuzzi, Chairman and Chief Executive Officer, Giuseppe Desantis, Vice Chairman, and Nicola Dell'Edera, Finance Director, will review Natuzzi's financial results, followed by a question and answer session.

The teleconference will be held at 10:00 a.m. (EST) (3:00 p.m. (GMT) - 4:00 p.m. (CET)) on September 5, 2001.
