Leather goods producer shares delisted from Nasdaq SmallCap Market
The US producer of personal leather goods, jewellery and belts, Swank, said last week that it had received notice from the Nasdaq Stock Market that its shares of Common Stock would no longer be listed. The Company indicated that it expects its Common Stock would now be traded in the over-the-counter market.
Based in Attleboro, Massachusetts, Swank manufactures for a wide range of international brands and retail outlets including Kenneth Cole, DKNY, Claiborne, Tommy Hilfiger, Guess? and Pierre Cardin.
