In announcing the figures last week, Olivier Louis of the French Embassy said India’s total exports to France amounted to FFr16 billion ($2 billion) – a 29.5% increase on the year before, and predicted a 15% to 20% growth rate in the long term. France’s exports to India during the same period amounted to Ffr6.5 billion.
