June AGM for Gucci

The French luxury goods group Gucci has announced that it will hold its Annual General Meeting of Shareholders on June 20, 2001 at 10:00 a.m. at the Amstel Intercontinental Hotel, Professor Tulpplein No.1, 1018 GX Amsterdam, The Netherlands.
The company has also declared a cash dividend of U.S.$ 0.50 per common share.
