In an effort to turn around its fortunes in the home market, the Indian footwear producer Bata India, has recruited three senior executives from its parent organisation, Bata International of Canada.

As managing director, C. Morzaria will have overall responsibility of improving the company’s profitability and sales. Tony Van Es will assume control of quality standards, while Harnan Ordonez will take charge of the company’s wholesale operations.
