Leather jackets worth millions of rupees were lost in a fire that gutted the premises of Pak Leather Garment Factory in Karachi, Pakistan, last week.

According to central fire brigade sources, a major portion of the factory was engulfed in fire and it took about three hours to bring the blaze under control. All the jackets were destined for export.
