Vietnam-based leather manufacturer Simona Tanning has reached the commercial operation date (COD) for a new 2MWp rooftop solar installation developed by TotalEnergies ENEOS Vietnam.

TotalEnergies ENEOS said the project will help Simona Tanning reduce its carbon footprint, optimise energy costs and support its transition towards more sustainable manufacturing.

The company described the commissioning of the solar installation as a milestone in its efforts to provide clean energy solutions and help businesses across the Asia-Pacific region meet their sustainability goals.
