New sales director at Mindhive Global
Ai powered leather quality assessment specialist Mindhive Global has appointed Sergio Lopes as sales director for Oceania, Asia and the Americas.
Mr Lopes has more than 15 years of experience in the leather industry, having worked in product development, sourcing and market development across South America and Europe. He later moved into agriculture, specialising in precision livestock management and farm operations in Brazil, Uruguay and New Zealand.
In his new role, Mr Lopes will lead Mindhive’s commercial activities across key international markets, supporting tanneries and leather manufacturers in the adoption of the company’s AI-powered leather grading technology.
Working alongside chief executive officer James Bayly and the wider team, he will help expand Mindhive’s presence in major leather-producing regions and strengthen customer and industry partnerships.
