Henan Prosper subsidiary partners with Decathlon
French sporting goods retailer Decathlon has signed a strategic cooperation agreement with Reshine, a footwear manufacturing subsidiary of Henan Prosper & Colomer Moda Co., Ltd.
The recently signed agreement marks the start of a new phase of collaboration between the two companies, with a focus on product quality and sustainability.
Reshine said its manufacturing operations are centred on stable product quality, process innovation and environmentally responsible production. The company manufactures athletic footwear designed to offer comfort, durability and reduced environmental impact.
According to the company, the partnership will also draw on Henan Prosper & Colomer Moda's experience across the leather value chain to support product development and manufacturing standards.
Henan Prosper & Colomer Moda said it will continue to support the collaboration through its supply chain capabilities and sustainability initiatives as the partnership develops.
