Leather, sustainability and design to feature in RLSD webinar
The Leather and Hide Council of America (LHCA) will host a webinar on June 5 to help a new cohort of students prepare entries for its Real Leather, Stay Different (RLSD) competition.
Speakers will be Dr Christine Anscombe, former chair of the training commission of the International Union of Leather Technologists and Chemists Societies, and Adrien Roberts, the international director for education at Italian fashion school Accademia Costume and Moda.
Their conversation will cover leather, sustainability and the future of design.
The event will also include an overview of the RLSD competition, with information on how students who want to enter the competition should prepare their portfolios.
The webinar will start at nine am, London time.
Entries for the 2026 International RLSD prize close on June 30.
