New owners for Radley
London-based leathergoods brand Radley has undergone a restructuring of its business and has now come under the ownership of US investment firm Gordon Brothers.
Insolvency firm FTI Consulting was appointed as the administrator of Radley in May 2026. Within days, it announced that it had sold the Radley brand and related intellectual property assets to an affiliate of Gordon Brothers.
Gordon Brothers has said it will invest in Radley and support the brand’s development, expanding its footprint in the US, UK, Australia and Asia.
A lawyer who advised Radley on the sale, James Davison, commented: “Radley is a well-loved British heritage brand, which we hope to see thrive under Gordon Brothers’ ownership, as many other global brands have done.”
