Growth for Chanel in 2025

Luxury brand Chanel has reported full-year revenues of $19.3 billion for 2025, growth of 2% compared to the previous year.

Chief executive, Leena Nair, said the company’s positive performance in 2025 was driven by its long-term approach, but she also said “unprecedented investment in our savoir-faire and a year of exceptional creative momentum” were important factors too.

She picked out the Chanel 25 handbag as one of the highlights, and paid tribute to artistic director, Matthieu Blazy, for “opening a new creative chapter”.

Chanel also reported that its carbon footprint decreased in 2025 for the third consecutive year. Its scope 1 and 2 emissions were down by 2.6% compared to 2024. Scope 3 emissions were down by 10%. And by the end of 2025, it achieved 100%  renewable electricity in its own operations.
