Pasubio adds textile specialist Luilor to UNICA group
Automotive leather group Pasubio has acquired 100% of Luilor S.p.A., an Italian producer of high-end textiles for luxury furniture and fashion, as part of the development of its UNICA platform.
The Biagioni family, founders of Luilor, will become shareholders in Pasubio’s holding company alongside PAI Partners, the Pretto family and the founders of Antiba and SKIN – Paolo Balducci, Daniele Salassa and Arrigo Calorini.
The deal adds premium textile capabilities, including jacquard and technical fabrics, to Pasubio’s leather expertise, strengthening its position as a diversified supplier to luxury brands across automotive, fashion and interior design.
Luilor’s management will remain in place, with the Biagioni family joining UNICA’s management committee to support strategy focused on innovation, sustainability and traceability.
Pasubio said the move strengthens UNICA as an integrated platform for high-end materials built on Italian manufacturing expertise.
