FGL International acquires Repico finishing unit

FGL International has acquired the Finishing business unit of Repico Spa, a Lombard company active in the leather chemicals sector since 1948.

The division will be integrated as a new product line within FGL International, retaining its commercial identity and existing customer portfolio.

The acquisition follows FGL International’s 2022 integration of Finikem and is intended to strengthen the company’s technical expertise, innovation capacity, and specialised solutions for leather finishing. 

The integration is expected to broaden FGL International’s product range, enhance technological capabilities, and support sustainable and specialised applications.
