Minerva reports record 2025 results

Brazilian meatpacker and tanning group Minerva reported record results for 2025, driven by exports, which accounted for 60% of revenue.

Gross revenue rose 59.7% to R$58 billion (US$11.2 billion), while net revenue increased 60.9% to R$54.8 billion (US$10.6 billion). Fourth-quarter net revenue reached R$14.2 billion (US$2.7 billion), up 32.6%.

EBITDA for the year totalled R$4.8 billion (US$0.93 billion), with net income at R$848.3 million (US$164 million). Free cash flow reached R$1.5 billion (US$0.29 billion).

The company ended 2025 with net leverage of 2.6x and proposed dividends of R$192.9 million (US$37 million).

Minerva expects supportive global beef market conditions in 2026, citing tighter supply and resilient demand.
