Leather Naturally has announced the reappointment of Carl Flach (ISA TanTec) for a second term and the appointment of Mark Roughley (PrimeAsia) for a first term to its Management Board. 

Carl Flach, Senior Director for Operational Strategies at ISA TanTec, was re-elected after completing his first three-year term. His reappointment followed a member vote held in August 2024.

Mark Roughley, European Brand Manager at PrimeAsia, joins the board with over 20 years of experience in the footwear and leather industry. He replaces former board member Kim Sena (JBS Couros), who will continue contributing to the Impact Team under the leadership of Aukje Berden. 

Debbie Burton, Chair of the Management Board, praised Kim Sena for his leadership and lasting contributions during his time with the board.
