Annecy-based Rochet Group has acquired fellow leather watch-strap manufacturer Sibra. 

Rochet said it had made the move to drive growth, pointing out that it had made a similar move in 2021, acquiring Bouveret.

Sibra and Bouveret, both based in and around Besançon, are specialist brands supplying high-end leather straps to watch manufacturers in nearby Switzerland.
