Sustainable beef conference to take place in Uruguay

Multi-stakeholder initiative the Global Roundtable for Sustainable Beef (GRSB) has announced Punta del Este in Uruguay as the venue for its 2024 conference.

The Global Conference on Sustainable Beef will run for four days, from September 30-October 3, with conference sessions focusing on progress in sustainability.

This focus will encompass climate, animal health and welfare, and “nature-positive production practices”, the organisers said. They encouraged industry professionals invested in beef sustainability in all regions of the world to take part.
